How do I decide which leash is best for my pup?

Our leashes have weight ranges. However, if you’re dog is a heavy puller or near the top of the weight range, we suggest bumping up to the next leash size.

When will my order ship?

Each order is made-to-order. So, orders currently ship within 2-3 weeks from the date your order was placed. Once your order ships, it normally takes 2-5 business days to receive it.

What happens if I don’t get an order confirmation email?

All orders receive an order confirmation email immediately when the order is placed. If you don’t see your confirmation email, the first place to check is your junk/spam filter. Sometimes our messages get filtered there.

The second possible reason is that there was a typo with your email address. Email Us directly and we will find you in the system and update your contact info.

How do I clean my leash?

Hand wash with mild dish soap, like Dawn, and let it air dry.

What is your return/exchange policy?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. However, we do no offer refunds because each Pawsome Leash is uniquely made for you.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the continental US.
